We absolutely love visiting care and residential homes, the residents always have a fab crafty time and end up with a beautiful piece of pottery that for them to use or to gift to their loved ones.

We tend to paint practical, useful items of pottery so that in addition to the mindful craft session, they also have a piece of pottery to use and keep. We recommend things such as cups, mugs, plates, plant pots, vases, trinket dishes etc and our Christmas collections are just amazing where we can run workshops painting Christmas tree plates, bowls, mugs, ornaments and baubles to hang on the tree.

You can browse our shop for ideas and if you have something specific in mind, please ask – we can usually get almost any shape of pottery in!

HOW IT WORKS . . .

We can deliver everything you need to get crafty and run a pottery painting session in your care setting. This gives you the flexibility of not having to gather so many residents together at one time, but instead allows you to simply set up 2 or 3 each session until you are ready for us to collect the kit and work our magic. Additionally, it also allows visitors to take part in the activity with their loved one.

Alternatively, we are happy to come and run the session for you if you have 10 or more residents per workshop – please call to discuss your needs and ensure you have a confirmed booking with us before you order and pay for your pottery.
